Curiosity has always been my guiding star. From a young age, I was captivated by the power of stories and understanding the mind. Torn between communication and psychology, I chose journalism, where storytelling, creativity, and strategy came together perfectly. Later, my MBA sharpened my business skills and led me into executive marketing roles.
Over the past 20 years, I’ve built a strong network, launched award-winning campaigns, and developed a passion for understanding human behavior. My love for neuroscience and self-development inspired me to get my certification as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mental Emotional Release®, and Hypnotherapy, adding a powerful layer to my consulting and coaching so my clients can reach their goals faster and more efficiently.
Today, as a consultant, speaker, and educator, I empower individuals and businesses to overcome conscious and unconscious obstacles, align with their strengths, and unlock their potential inside and outside of the workplace.

You’ll often find me performing stand-up comedy or improv —I believe laughter and connection make everything better. I’m all about balancing hard work with joy, whether it’s exploring the outdoors, speaking and volunteering at schools, diving into a new book on neuroscience, or spending time with my family. I bring curiosity, empathy, and a healthy dose of laughter to every interaction—on stage and off.
